John is a former public high school teacher and professor at Bethany Bible School.  He is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and pastored for 18 years inYarmouth, Nova Scotia, a church that grew from 60 to over 500 under his leadership.  John is currently the senior pastor of the Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church in Fredericton, New Brunswick.  John and his wife Willo Ann have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

Sam and Pam reside in Columbus, Ohio where Sam is Vice-President of a family manufacturing business. Pam is Music Director at Life In Christ Fellowship and teaches piano.

Sam is Music Director for Steve Wingfield Ministries, an evangelistic organization, out of Harrisonburg, Va. Currently, Sam is the tenor singer for the gospel trio, Freedom Voice, out of Columbus. The group travels worldwide and is seen regularly on Christian television.

Along side his music ministry, Sam has been a Reserve Police Officer for eighteen years and is Chaplain for the reserve unit.

Sam and Pam were full-time associates in music and arts in Wesleyan and Nazarene Churches for twenty-five years following their graduation from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where they met. Sam and Pam have three daughters and three grandchildren.


Dr. David Smith

David Smith (B.A., M.A.R., M.Div., Ph.D.) has served on the faculty of Indiana Wesleyan University since 2000 and is also an affiliate faculty member at Asbury Theological Seminary, Prior to coming to IWU, David served as pastor in several local churches. David has just completed a commentary on the Gospel of Mark for the Wesleyan Commentary Series.  He has a love for the local church and a deep commitment to the practical application of theological and biblical training.

He and his wife, Angie, have been married for 26 years and have two children, Josh (23), and Hannah (21).
